IVECO GETS APP-Y

Truck maker Iveco has taken a leap into the connected realm announcing it has launched an app, which will deliver extra connected services for vehicle owners and drivers

The company says the new app, called MyIVECO app will put the world of Iveco in the hands of its customers with product information, news and promotions as well as giving access to connected services such as find a dealer, book a service and a special red call button for 24/7 immediate assistance.

It says the new app features an easy-to-use design and an enhanced user experience tailored to the customer’s needs, offering immediate access to its connected services for drivers and owners on its landing screen.

It believes drivers will appreciate the find a dealer function that enables them to locate the nearest Iveco dealer and service point. If they create an account they will also be able to easily book a service at a dealership of choice very on the MyIVECO app.

A red call button puts will enable users to directly contact Iveco Care which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide immediate support.

The company says the app also enables users to access extensive content withcomprehensive information about its products and services. This includes the full Iveco product catalogue, videos and pictures and the ability to download complete brochures.

According to vice president of IvecoAPAC Federico Bullo the MyIVECO app is the ideal tool for Ivecovehicle owners and drivers.

“Not only can they remain up-to-date on our latest news and promotions, they can also interact to find the dealer they need or manage their vehicle’s maintenance,” said Federico Bullo.

“Importantly it is a dynamic tool developed to evolve the changing requirements of our customers and we will add new services over time,” he added.
