SERVICE SO GOOD ISUZU CAN’T DECIDE

Isuzu has awarded two dealers the coveted Isuzu Care Award, recognising commitment and customer service, with Garry Francke of Western Australia’s Major Motors and Craig Marquis from North East in South Australia sharing the prize.

Isuzu Australia director of sales and marketing, Andrew Harbison said the tie is a demonstration these dealers are offering the pinnacle of service.

“Craig and Garry set high standards for themselves and their teams, and put customers first every time,” Harbison said.

“It was impossible to choose one over the other because they are both always going the extra mile to ensure we’re offering the most comprehensive customer care program in Australia.”

Both recipients are now two-time winners of the prestigious award, with Francke taking it out in 2010 and Maquis claiming back-to-back gongs.

“Isuzu Trucks has been market leader for 28 consecutive years and the dedication of frontline staff like Craig and Garry – as well as the many others working at our dealerships around the country – has been absolutely vital to that success,” Harbison added.

The Isuzu Care program has been operating for over 10 years, providing an after sales service that offers everything from 24-hour roadside assist to stress-free priority servicing agreements.
