ATA CONFERENCE BACK AFTER TWO YEAR HIATUS

The ATA has announced its First National Conference more than two years revealing the 2022 event will take place at The Star on the Gold Coast from 4-6 May and declaring ‘It’s time to break free from the shackles of COVID-19 and come together to determine the future of the trucking industry ‘

The ATA says that registrations are now open for the conference and Chair David Smith says the event will help make up for lost time.

“We’ve had two years of COVID where we’ve all been battling in our respective bubbles. Now’s the time to come back together to work on the issues we really need to discuss like driver shortages and the supply chain,” David Smith said.

“The Trucking Australia 2022 conference will be such a great opportunity to have your say and help shape the direction of our industry.”

“The ATA is looking forward to a great conference with valuable, interactive and engaging sessions.”

The Association says that Trucking Australia 2022 will also be a chance to see old friends and make new ones, promising  lots of opportunities to socialise including the TA22 Welcome Drinks, the Kenworth Legends Lunch and the ATA Foundation Sponsors Gala Awards Dinner featuring the National Trucking Industry Awards.
