Another new Chinese battery electric light duty truck brand has arrived in Australia with the Farizon brand announcing the arrival its F3E cab chassis light truck as part of the brand’s growing commercial vehicle lineup in this country.
Farizon, which is part of the Chinese gel Automotive conglomerate is being distributed in Australia by Jameel Motors, will be offering the F3E in cab/chassis tray and cargo box configurations and is only available as a battery electric powered by a 72.8kWh CATL LFP battery pack, delivering up to 1,705kg in payload capacity and with a claimed range of up to 314km on a WLTP measure.
Farizon also claims it boasts 100kW DC fast charging or an 11kW AC charging capability.

The company says its new F3E range has been developed to support a wide range of commercial applications including urban delivery, light freight, trade and service fleet operations.
According to the company, the size of the new Farizon range places it between traditional van and light truck platforms, delivering what it claims as a “confident electric capability in a smart, agile commercial vehicle designed to balance payload, efficiency and day-to-day usability”.
Adam Lawson, Jameel Motor’s country general manager for Australia, said the introduction of the F3E reflects growing demand for electric commercial vehicles engineered specifically around how businesses operate day to day.
“Businesses are increasingly looking for electric commercial vehicles that integrate naturally into existing operations while still delivering the capability and usability they rely on every day,” said Lawson.
“The flexibility of the F3E range allows operators to select a configuration suited to their specific business needs, while still
benefiting from the efficiency, lower operating complexity and everyday practicality of a purpose-built electric vehicle,” he said
Farizon says that the arrival of the F3E follows its recent introduction of the V7E electric commercial van, which it says reinforces the brand’s growing focus on practical, purpose-built electric commercial vehicles for Australian businesses.
The company claims that the V7E and F3E together broaden its ability to support a wider range of commercial applications across urban logistics, deliveries, trades and fleet operations.
Farizon says its F3E range has been engineered around real-world commercial requirements, helping businesses transition to electric without compromising practicality or operational capability.
The company says that the F3E range incorporates a suite of commercial-focused safety, connectivity and driver comfort features including a 12.3-inch infotainment with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, reverse camera functionality and advanced driver assistance systems designed to support productivity and confidence across daily operations.
Pricing for the Farizon F3E starts with a manufacturers suggested rrp of $48,990 for the cab-chassis, $50,990 for the alloy tray model and $53,490 for the Cargo box configuration and are said to be available at participating Farizon dealers for new stock vehicles, with no added options.
