NEW TRANSPORT & TRUCKING OUT NOW

In this issue of Transport & Trucking we take a look at one of the USA’s leading trucking companies, C.R England and how it drills down into the smallest details of its operation to achieve efficiency gains with is largely Freightliner fleet. We also take a look at Hydrogen truck start up Nikola and its plans to revoutionise the way long distance trucks are powered.

On a more mundane and contemporary level we look at a very special Kenworth that has found a new life as a tipper dog particularly servicing the remote communities and building projects around the Pittwater and Hawkesbury near Sydney. We head south to Wollongong to visit Cleary Brothers to look at its move to Freightliner Coronados for agitator work and we go to the forests of East Gippsland to look at one of the first Scania NTG models to be put into logging operations down under.

For the van buyer there is an embarrassment of wealth with new models arriving en masse recently and we have tests of both Toyota’s new HiAce and Peugeot’s Expert.

All that and a whole lot more in this issue of T&TA.
