Parts supplier Alliance Truck Parts has re-energised its battery line up with the addition of two new models, the Gold Plus and Truckmaster.
Expanded grid (EXG) technology has been used in the construction of the Gold Plus battery making the calcium grid more robust, less prone to heat and corrosion and more efficient in producing current.
Gold Plus also features a fully sealed case to minimise evaporation and leakage – making it maintenance free and ideal for high performance vehicles because of its reserve capacity.
Meanwhile, the Truckmaster offering is specifically designed for long haul applications. Unlike the Gold Plus, it uses hybrid plates and glass mat seperators in its construction, and comes wet-charged ready for installation.
Both models are vibration resistant and offer superior starting power reserve capacity.
