HINO ANNOUNCES CAPPED PRICE SERVICING

Hino has announced a new capped price service offering for all Euro 5 emission compliant Hinos promising its customers will pay less for service over the life of their vehicles.

Hino’s general manager of product support, Greg Bleasel announced the capped service program saying the company views the overall cost of ownership as an important part of the customer’s decision making process.

“We continue to extend this program because we see the overall cost of ownership as an important part of the decision making process,” said Greg Bleasel.

“Hino Australia is proud to be the first and only truck manufacturer in Australia to offer capped price service to its customers.

“Extending the program provides new and existing customers with the ability to budget ahead, reduce overall operating costs and peace of mind.”

Hino says that the capped price service is part of its Hino Advantage suite of business benefits such as an extended five-year warranty, financial services, 24/7 roadside assistance, fleet training, factory-trained dealership technicians, dedicated customer care centre and access to Hino Genuine parts and accessories.

“As part of Hino Advantage, we’re driven to do more for our customers by offering savings like these – from 1 March, customers can easily calculate the cost of an upcoming service interval by using our new online calculator,” said Bleasel.

In 2016, Hino Australia announced it had capped (or fixed) the price of minor servicing on all Euro 5-compliant Hino 300, 500 and 700 Series vehicles and extended this in mid-2017 to include major services on the light-duty 300 Series range
