Volvo Group Australia has inked a deal to lease a new  $35 million company owned dealership and service centre at Prestons  on Sydney’s South West edge close to the M7/M5 interchange at the Prestons Logistics Estate.

The Volvo dealership will cover 29,300 sq metres with showroom, offices and truck service bays servicing. its Volvo, Mack and UD brands. VGA. has committed to a 10 year lease term with construction expected to be completed in there third quarter of  this year.

Volvo Group Australia president and CEO, Peter Voorhoeve said the Estate is an ideal location for Volvo Group Australia to house our new, larger, multi-branded truck dealership and workshop given the proximity to key arterial motorways.”

Volvo Group is also currently awaiting the completion of  its new $30 million corporate headquarters  in the Metroplex Westgate business park next to the Ipswich Motorway, which the company is expecting to move into around June or July  this year.
