Major NSW based transport company Freight Specialists has announced it has entered into an agreement with the administrators to acquired Ron Crouch Transport, after it entered administration recently.

Freight Specialists says it is a family-owned Australian transport business with a long history of providing reliable, customer-focused freight solutions.
The company said in a statement that like Ron Crouch Transport, the business has been built on strong relationships, operational discipline, and a commitment to doing the right thing by customers, employees, and partners.
“This shared heritage and approach were important factors in bringing the two businesses together,” it said.
Freight Specialists said that over the coming weeks, it will transition the Ron Crouch Transport sites and services in an orderly and considered manner.
“Our priority throughout this process is to ensure continuity of service and minimal disruption for customers,” it added.
Freight Specialists says it will be working closely with Ron Crouch Transport customers to ensure a smooth and well-managed transition, and we look forward to continuing to support customers under its Freight Specialists banner, while building on the strong foundations established by Ron Crouch Transport.
