Moves are afoot at Hino with a number of key staff changes in recent weeks .
Carley Aherns has been promoted to the recently-established position of manager, Marketing, from her previous role as marketing communications manager. Ahrens promotion follows the recent departure of head of customer and brand Dimitri Andreatatis.
In other moves at Hino, Dean Simeon has been appointed to the newly-created role of national dealer manager after almost five years working in field sales management roles supporting some of Hino’s largest dealers.
To enhance operational efficiency and customer service, a key element of the Hino Advantage program – the Hino Customer Care Centre – is now be managed by the Product Support division, alongside other business solutions including Capped Price Service and Hino Genuine Parts.
As well Sergio Bonvini has been appointed to the new position of specialised vehicle manager and Michael Foukkare has been promoted to the role of technical training manager which Hino says will support future initiatives within the product support division,
